Since our products are consumable and perishable in nature, we follow a strict no-return policy. However, your trust matters to us. If your order is damaged, leaking, expired, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, we will provide a refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refund Policy & Timelines

Once your request is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account/UPI ID within 7 working days of receiving your details.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement products are dispatched within 1 working day after approval.

  • Fresh beverages will always be delivered with proper packaging to maintain quality.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
