In case you are not satisfied with the product received, or if it is damaged, leaking, expired, or a wrong item has been delivered, we will refund or replace the product at no additional cost. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Timeline
Once the request is approved:
• Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original source of payment within 5–7 working days
• COD Orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account/UPI ID within 7 working days of receiving the required details
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled. For cancellation, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order.
